Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At VEDHAS NATURE CARE, we value our customers and strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our Ayurvedic and perishable products, certain limitations apply.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
Cancellation requests, if any, must be made within 2 days of placing the order.
Requests made after the order has been dispatched will not be entertained.
Cancellations are not applicable on perishable or consumable items.

Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
You must report such issues to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the product.
Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if found valid after verification.
Please note that the original packaging and proof of purchase must be retained for inspection.

Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–5 working days after confirmation.
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.
No cash or coupon-based refunds will be issued.

Product Expectations

If you feel that the product received does not match the description or your expectations, please contact our Customer Service within 2 days of delivery.
Our team will review your concern and take an appropriate decision.

Manufacturer Warranty

For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
